Orders and delivery
How does it work?
1. How can you easily place an order?
You select the item you want to buy and click on "Add to shopping cart". Would you like to look further? You can. The item remains in the shopping cart. If your shopping cart is ready, then please choose the "Checkout" button.
2. How can you check your order(s)?
You can then enter your name and delivery details. If you wish, you can also specify a different delivery address here or indicate that you will pick up the order in the store. Check your order and address details.
3. Pay and complete
Then choose how you want to pay. After you have agreed to our terms and conditions, click on "Confirm your order" and your order has been placed. After this step, you will be taken to the payment page. You can pay with iDEAL or credit/debit card.
Shipping costs in the Netherlands
For all orders up to € 100,- you pay € 7,50 shipping costs. The shipping costs will appear after filling in your details. From € 100,- the delivery cost is free.
Delivery time
Your order will be processed the same day and delivered within 3 working days, if in stock. We will contact you anyway so that you know where the status.

Pick up the order yourself
It is possible to pick up your order yourself in the store. As soon as your order is ready for you, we will call or email you.
Payment
Payment methods
To provide you with the best possible service, we offer you several options for paying for your order. Below is an overview and description of the payment method that For Your Taste Only uses. Choose a method that you find comfortable and that suits you. You can choose from:
Pay with IDEAL
With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases in a trusted, safe and easy way. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your bank. As an internet banking user, you can use iDEAL directly, without having to register for it. For more information, visit the iDEAL website: www.ideal.nl.
Pay with a credit/debit card
At For Your Taste Only you can easily and securely pay for your online purchases with VISA, Mastercard or Maestro. You pay in our trusted Mollie payment environment, based on specific security methods from your bank.
Cancellation & Returns
How can you cancel or return an order?
Cancellation
You can cancel an order free of charge, as long as it has not yet been sent.
If you cancel the order after it has been sent to you, you must refuse the package upon delivery. If For Your Taste Only has already received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase price to you after proper receipt of the return. The shipping costs incurred will be deducted from this (only if you refuse the order at the door and let the delivery person take it unopened).
Returns / Cooling-Off Period
As a consumer, you have a so-called cooling-off period of 14 working days to return the product without stating reasons, starting on the day of delivery. Exceptions to this are, among other things, personalized products. The product can only be returned unused and in the original, undamaged packaging and sent via PostNL. For more information, see our terms and conditions.
Do you want to return the entire order? Items that have already been received must be returned to the return address below. For Your Taste Only will refund the entire purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs. The shipping costs for the return are for your account.
The shipping costs are also for your account when returning part of your order. The purchase price of the part of the order returned by you will be refunded to you. In that case, shipping costs will not be refunded.
For returns, you should choose PostNL's parcel post. For shipment of a package up to 10 kg (with Track & Trace), you pay approximately € 10.00.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be communicated to For Your Taste Only in writing. Send us an e-mail. Please state in any case your full name and order number and the items you wish to cancel, exchange or return. To improve our customer service, we would appreciate it if you let us know the reason for this. You are of course not obliged to do so under the Distance Selling Act.
For the repayment of amounts already paid (in advance), we also need your bank account number.
Please note: the account number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account number from which you made the payment to For Your Taste Only. This is due to possible fraud with refunds.
Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days after return notification.
